TikTok is hiring a Search Operations QA Analyst for its EMEA AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team, based in Bucharest. The role supports data annotation and search operations across TikTok's international products, helping maintain platform quality and safety.

What the role involves:
- Daily operational tasks including quality inspection, guideline and process optimisation, queue assignment, and escalation handling
- Conducting audits within internal systems and providing error analysis and feedback to R&D and Product Manager stakeholders
- Monitoring evaluator quality scores and running root cause analysis with management teams
- Tracking project data, recording outputs and quality metrics, and preparing reports for stakeholders
- Localising guidelines, designing training schedules, and coordinating with stakeholders for successful project delivery
- Delivering training on processes, products, and guidelines to new joiners
What TikTok is looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in German and English (working language)
- Experience working with search engines, social media platforms, or related environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- Experience in project management or operations is a plus
