## Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Home Inspector to join our team. As a Home Inspector, you will play a crucial role in assessing residential properties to ensure they meet safety standards and regulations. This job is a full-time position. Competitive pay plus gas reimbursement!
## Responsibilities
– Conduct comprehensive inspections of residential properties to assess compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
– Evaluate the structural integrity, quality of construction, and safety features of homes.
– Identify and document any defects, damages, or potential hazards within the property.
– Inspect plumbing, electrical systems, and other essential components of the home.
– Generate detailed reports outlining inspection results and recommendations for clients.
## Qualifications
– Prior experience in construction inspection or related field is preferred.
– Proficiency in analyzing property conditions and conducting quality control assessments.
– Ability to work independently and efficiently in various residential settings.
– Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and presenting inspection findings.
