Your Role:
As a Quality Control Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring all construction activities meet project specifications and industry regulations. You’ll lead inspections, oversee quality assurance programs, and collaborate with teams to drive excellence in our projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Quality Assurance & Inspections – Monitor construction activities, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Process Improvement – Develop and implement quality control programs to maintain high standards across projects.
Regulatory Compliance – Work independently from the project team to ensure safety guidelines and industry regulations are met.
Problem-Solving – Identify non-conformances, develop corrective action plans, and oversee implementation to prevent future issues.
Collaboration & Leadership – Train project personnel, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Documentation & Reporting – Maintain records of inspections, audits, and QC activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience – Minimum 5 years in quality management, construction, or a related field.
Skills – Strong attention to detail, leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge – Understanding of construction disciplines (structural, civil, electrical), safety regulations, and quality control standards.
Technology – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and inspection tools.
Education & Certifications (Preferred but not required) – Bachelor’s degree in Quality Control, Construction Management, or related field; industry certifications in QA, construction, or roofing systems are a plus.
Requirements:
Must pass a background check & pre-employment drug screening
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and travel 80% of working hours
