Title: Senior Analyst, Quality Assurance

Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR
Purpose of Position : To lead the product quality process, including engaging with suppliers, performing risk assessments, ensuring compliance, driving improvements, and managing product issues throughout the product life cycle, while also ensuring product regulatory compliances in the respective markets.
Key Responsibilities :
Product quality management
- Emerging new product introduction (NPI)/Existing product improvement (EPI) quality issues escalation to suppliers & driving quality improvement actions
- Early warning measure (EWM) for safety hazards
- Product testing & validation at the warehouse – PEX units, new arrivals etc
- Quality reporting – service incidence rates, monthly/quarterly reports, field incidence reports, zero defect reporting etc
- Regular reviews with key suppliers
- Scheduled meetings with technicians
Regulatory compliance
- Timely completion of certification for all ongoing projects and achieving ‘go to market’ objectives
- Support the centralization of compliance documentation for the Pacific region database, for ready reckoner & accessibility
- Submission management for new projects
- Regulatory intelligence and tracking emerging regulations
- Communicating with regulatory authorities and 3P agencies and lab visits
- Working closely with the product marketing and project teams
- Participate in scheduled project meetings & participate in fortnightly project reviews
- Notifying the marketing department on potential expiry of existing certification and seeking approval for renewals

- SIR(%), TCQ($), PEX%, TCQ to Net sales (%)
- Regulatory target vs actual ($), Regulatory compliance rate (%)
Desirable Competencies:

- Education – Diploma/Graduate in engineering (Preferably 2-3 years experience)
