Job Description:
Execute civil assets inspection plans to ensure integrity and reliability.
Prepare and review the required technical comment/recommendation to all stakeholders to ensure plant integrity and reliability of civil assets.
Provide Maintenance, Shutdown and T&I teams with all required recommendations to ensure continuous availability and integrity of plant civil assets.
Conduct quality check audits for civil activities to ensure the work quality is maintained and hence the plants integrity and reliability.
Review quality assurance to ensure work quality and hence the plant integrity and reliability.
Prepare detailed inspection reports documenting findings, observations and recommendations for corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results and compliance status. Communicate inspection results to all stakeholders.
Initiate ideas to improve integrity and reliability system by improving/developing civil assets inspection strategies.
Provide relevant information and advice to support the development of a sound departmental business plan.
Ensure business processes and work activities, relevant to position, are executed in compliance with Company’s policies and procedures to achieve the business objectives in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner.
Manages and motivates team within department and acts as a champion for Company’s policies and procedures particularly in the areas of human resources and health and safety.
Ensure that measures to protect personal safety and well-being are always in place and that personal actions do not jeopardize the safety and well-being of others.
Adhere strictly to Company’s policies and procedures to prevent potential workplace and process safety incidents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or more in civil engineering is preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil inspection in refining and/or petrochemicals.
