Main responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of organisation‑wide innovation and excellence frameworks.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality across strategies, processes, and operating models.
- Contribute to cross‑departmental improvement initiatives aimed at simplifying processes and strengthening service delivery.
- Conduct structured reviews of policies and procedures to ensure consistency, clarity, compliance, and alignment with approved frameworks and standards.
- Coordinate periodic assurance and review exercises to assess implementation effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
- Ensure documentation complies with established governance, control, and record‑management requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to departments on the application of quality, innovation, and review frameworks.
- Prepare reports, analyses, dashboards, and briefing materials to support decision‑making and monitor progress.
- Coordinate with internal functions (e.g. Strategy, HR, Internal Audit, IT, Corporate Services) to ensure alignment and integration of initiatives.
- Monitor performance indicators and support change management initiatives to ensure effective implementation and sustainable adoption of improvements across functions.
- Conduct benchmarking exercises to identify leading practices and recommend enhancements aligned with industry trends, governance expectations and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Education
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, Quality Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
Knowledge and skills
- Strong background in governance, policy, and procedural frameworks
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical and structured improvements.
Experience
- Minimum of 5–6 years’ relevant experience in strategy, governance, organisational development, quality assurance, or process improvement roles.
- Experience within regulatory, public sector, or complex organisational environments is desirable.
- Exposure to innovation frameworks, quality management systems, or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
