Job Title: Senior Associate Quality Engineer
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6 Months
QE Lead
Looking for a QE lead to act as a strategic enabler. Client is actively experimenting with AI and next-gen quality assurance techniques and is seeking someone with strong client and stakeholder management to lead QE delivery.
- 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Testing, with 5+ years in a lead or manager role
- Proven experience managing QE delivery for enterprise-scale applications
- Experience applying or piloting AI-driven testing or intelligent automation
- Strong background in test automation (UI, API, integration, and/or data testing)
- Hands-on experience integrating QE into CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of modern software architectures (microservices, cloud, APIs)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Pay Range: 57-74/Hr.
