What You’ll Do:
Data Entry & Management: Maintain and update employee data (~3,000 employees) in the Tawteen Portal with 99.5%+ accuracy.
Data Validation: Ensure consistency, completeness, and precision in all regulatory submissions.
Data Automation: Collaborate with IT to integrate Tawteen Portal submissions into the upcoming Oracle ERP system.
Emiratization Points Calculation: Track, manage, and report Emiratization points to support recruitment and operational goals.
Banking Response Forms (BRFs) Management: Oversee BRF data creation, optimization, and submission in coordination with Finance.
Data Formatting: Convert HR data into structured formats as per regulatory guidelines.
Analysis & Quality Assurance: Identify discrepancies and trends through regular audits before submission.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the single point of contact between CBUAE & RAKBANK for Tawteen Portal data.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all submissions meet central bank regulations and deadlines.
Process Improvement: Maintain records, optimize workflows, and suggest efficiency improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years in HR data management & people analytics.
Strong numerical and data management skills (Excel proficiency required, Power BI is a plus!).
Experience with Tawteen Portal & BRFs (preferred but not mandatory).
Project management & organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management abilities.
HRIS knowledge and onboarding software experience is a plus.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
