Position Title: Mid-Level Testing Analyst Category: Full Time
 Available Positions: 1 Location: Remote (possibility of Hybrid in the future)
Description: Insignia Federal Group is a professional consulting firm headquartered in Falls Church, Virginia. We have an excellent opportunity for a Mid-Level Testing Analyst to support a federal government client with the migration and modernization of multiple websites and web-based applications. This role will require working with a large team of engineers, developers, and user experience designers in an Agile development environment through the initial development, enhancement and maintenance of the systems.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with developers to understand software requirements and functionalities.
Develop detailed test plans and test reports.
Design, develop, and maintain automated regression test scripts using frameworks like Puppeteer, Backstop, Cypress (or similar).
Execute and analyze automated test results, identify bugs and defects.
Document bugs and defects clearly and concisely using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
Work collaboratively with developers to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues.
Participate in code reviews to identify potential quality issues early in the development cycle.
Assist in creating and maintaining test automation documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a QA/Tester
Capable of understanding the layout of complex federal websites
Experience in backend and automated testing experience
2 years of professional experience conducting 508 testing
Experience in setting up and managing test environments
Self-starter
Logical thinker and innovative problem solver
Sharp eye for detail
Great communication, reporting and troubleshooting skills
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN and able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

Pay: $99,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
