What you will do
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements for digital transformation initiatives.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams.
- Coordinate projects from analysis through implementation, ensuring alignment on scope, planning and priorities.
- Define testing strategies, prepare test plans and execute functional testing activities.
- Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners.
- Support solution delivery and ensure smooth adoption by end users.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of underwriting and policy management processes.
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex business and IT environments.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and functional documentation.
- Proven experience with test planning, test execution and quality assurance activities.
- Solid project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Structured, proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Experience working in Agile and/or structured project delivery environments.
