Role Description The Senior Business and Quality Assurance Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This role is responsible for overseeing business performance, ensuring product and service quality, and supporting strategic initiatives across BVM Petroleum’s operations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring key business metrics, analyzing sales and operational data, preparing reports for management, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The officer will develop and implement quality assurance procedures for fuel products, coordinate audits and compliance checks, and work closely with operations, sales, and logistics teams to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements. The role also involves supporting business development activities, contributing to risk management and continuous improvement efforts, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in business analysis, data interpretation, and performance reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess skills in quality assurance, process improvement, and compliance monitoring within industrial or petroleum-related environments.
- Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder communication, cross-functional collaboration, and relationship management with internal teams and external partners.
- Candidates should possess skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and risk assessment to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in organization, time management, and documentation to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in quality or business analysis are an advantage.
- Experience in petroleum, energy, or industrial sectors, particularly in business operations or quality assurance, is highly beneficial.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting and analysis, and the ability to work on-site in Phnom Penh with a high level of reliability and integrity.
