Role Summary:
You’ll review product catalogs submitted by vendors (primarily in Excel/spreadsheet format) and assess them for completeness, accuracy, and appropriate representation. Concretely, this means flagging and correcting missing fields like pricing, dimensions, and category tags; identifying factual errors or inconsistencies; and rewriting or escalating descriptions that use vague, misleading, or exaggerated language relative to the actual product. You’ll also communicate with vendors when corrections require their input, and over time help build and refine our internal data quality standards and guidelines.

- Catalog Data Cleaning & Validation
- Content Quality & Accuracy Control
- Image & Listing Quality Checks
- Vendor Coordination
- Pre-Go-Live QA Control
- Continuous Improvement / Contribute to building catalog standards and templates
Must-Haves:
1–3 years of experience in:
• E-commerce, marketplace, or catalog operations
• OR strong Excel/data handling experience
Strong attention to detail (non-negotiable)
Excellent Excel skills (cleaning, structuring, validating data)
Ability to spot inconsistencies and errors quickly
A good instinct for when something “doesn’t feel right” about a product claim goes a long way in this role
Strong written English
A Plus: Background or understanding of home products, furniture, or interior design categories
