Requirements
Regularly monitor data quality metrics, identify inconsistencies, and perform root cause analysis to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Develop and maintain data cleansing processes to ensure high-quality, standardized, and error-free data.
Partner with data stewards, owners, and other teams to define and enforce data quality standards.
Prepare detailed data quality reports, track issues and resolutions, and document data quality procedures.
Assist in the implementation of data governance frameworks by ensuring compliance with data quality policies across the organization.
Proven expertise in data governance, focusing on value-based, business-centric strategies.
Deep understanding of data governance principles, data management practices, and data quality frameworks.
Experience in building and managing data stewardship programs while cultivating a data-driven culture.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in data quality management or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills to monitor and evaluate the success of data governance initiatives.
Proficiency with tools such as Informatica Data Quality, Talend, or Trillium for ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
Basic knowledge of Python for data manipulation and analysis.
Hands-on experience with Databricks for big data processing and Kafka for real-time data streaming.
Experience in implementing Change Data Capture techniques to track and manage data changes across systems.
