Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour depending on experience
Expected hours: 40 per week

We are seeking an experienced individual to work full time (40 hours weekly, Monday-Friday) in the administration department of our community healthcare center, to assist us in risk management, quality assurance, and certifications. This is an onsite only position, and remote work will not be considered.
This position may have a variety of responsibilities including:
Maintenance of corporate and departmental policies and procedures
Maintaining AIHS Credentialing, Privileging and Enrollment process
Achieving and maintaining AAAHC Accreditation for AIH&S
Supporting routine site reviews and annual reporting requirements of funding agencies
Performing quality assurance studies to ensure high quality services and compliance with corporate and industry standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Preferred graduate from an accredited school, preferably with a Degree in Health Care Administration.
Certification/Licensure:
Current California driver’s license; driving between offices using a company care is an essential function of this position
Experience:
Minimum two (2) years management experience, preferably in an FQHC Outpatient Primary Health Care Center.
Experience obtaining and maintaining certification through AAAHC.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
Ability to work effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and physicians.
