Senior Director, Food Safety & Quality Assurance Jobs in United States at Dawn Foods
SPI Rentals, a premier vacation rental management company on South Padre Island, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Quality Assurance Inspectors. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our vacation rental properties meet company standards, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests and homeowners.
Responsibilities:
Perform light cleaning tasks, including sweeping, surface touch-ups, and trash disposal.
Ensure properties are stocked with essential supplies (e.g., soaps, shampoo, toilet paper) provided by the company.
Organize and arrange items within the property, such as furniture, kitchenware, and closet contents.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous housekeeping experience in condos, hotels, vacation rentals, or commercial properties is preferred, but not required.
Skills: Organizational, time management, communication, and customer service.
Transportation: Reliable transportation is essential for traveling between properties. A weekly per diem reimbursement is provided for driving.
Work Schedule:
Typical shifts: 9 AM – 6 PM or 11 AM – 8 PM (hours may vary based on workload).
Peak season (March – September): 40 hours per week with opportunity for OT.
Off-season (October – February): 20-40 hours per week.
Weekends and holidays as needed.
