Administrate and handle assurance Support Systems that serving Mobile, Fixed Networks and and Fulfilment Tools, in addition to operate performance management tools, and monitor their associated capacity dimensioning and develop the required scripts to integrate new systems and pull information, alerts, events that supports in operations and business analysis. Also to manage and maintain services policies, procedures, scalability, and robust Infrastructure for secured and efficient corporate operations. Manage the communications with internal business units and development main streams to ensure the successful transition of business needs and requirements to supported services. To work closely with various Technology and Business units to ensure roadmap and goals alignment and ensure the proper management of OPEX budget.
Key Accountabilities
Perform ongoing QA reviews of the CAO operational areas to ensure controls/standards are met
Gathers information on error activity and reviews results with supervisor to determine root cause
Implement quality control measures for service assurance and service delivery improvement plans via new or improved operational processes and tools to ensure customer satisfaction, against ambitious financial and cost targets.
Ensure that the NOC organization is adequately projected with tools & dashboards and to ensure that these are according to the service delivery requirements
Operational 1st line Monitoring activity assurance – Provide assurance and quality review of key outsourced processes Complaint Handling reviews data & metric projections
Support regular assessments of application business continuity and disaster recovery arrangements, Support required submissions/reporting to the FCA relating to operational deposit-taking-activity
Ensure Baseline Security Requirements from the customer is adhered and maintained
Script development and integration for new systems integration with umbrella performance systems.
Manage the efficient daily operations and maintenance using industry best practices, automation and orchestration capabilities and ensure efficient service delivery.
Participate in the development of platform specific security standards. Work with the process and optimizations teams to work through potential process improvements.
Review the documentation of Business Contingency Planning. Manage the testing business contingency plans. Report on success of disaster recovery, tests, ensures that results are published and necessary changes implemented.
Control activities in the Network Support Systems to ensure best practices are being followed to reduce the impact.
Liaison with internal du departments, teams, vendors, and suppliers to determine user requirements, execute tasks, and set service standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom Engineering or Computer Science or Information Systems International Certifications on the related fields.
Experience:
8+ years’ experience and knowledge of Operations Support Systems (OSS)
Very good experience in creating and developing scripts through multiple language
Java ++, Python, XML etc.
Solid experience on maintaining OSS setup and environment
Solid experience maintaining and applying security policies and procedures
Solid experience in supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers, E2E solutions
Skills
Proven ability to lead large transformation projects
Ability to lead teams and groups
Strong negotiation and facilitation skills
Proven track record of managing vendors
Proven track record in governance and financial management
Strong management skills in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment
Fluent in English and Arabic is advantage
