To Manufacture as per plan
Key Decision Making in this Role:
Production as per company standard.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Maintaining quality of product online
Meeting with Operators.
Daily logbook filling and recording
Improving line efficiency.
Imparting training to operatives
Coordination with Quality and Brewing.
Breakdown reduction, analysis.
Motivating people on floor
Reconciliation of RM/PM and Wastages and Wastage reduction
Data tracking and storage
Implement new systems and process online as per guidelines.
CE & Safety Implementation at Shop Floor
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualifications/ Memberships:
B-Tech (Full Time) – Mechanical / Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics and must have sound knowledge of Computers.
Experience:
Any Special Skill
