Job Description/Responsibilities
Maintain Quality Documents Control and ensure project documentation is processed in compliance with QMS regulations and ISO Quality Manual
Maintain Quality Management System, develop document control systems and procedures
Update ISO filing systems and databases
Plan, coordinate and carry out company’s yearly Internal and External SIRIM ISO surveillance Audit
Prepare findings and audit reports to the Management and IBHQ
Develop ISO procedures to administer activities to identify, collect, safeguard, retain and control documents, drawings and records
Recommend changes and enhancements to existing policies and controls to ensure the quality effectiveness and assurance are delivered
Access Project and Admin risk management processes, monitor overall project management flow
Define real time situation, document data and propose recommendation to improve existing system
Review Local and Overseas Business and Authorities Law
Review staff’s training program, evaluate internal and external ISO training programs to ensure training is delivered to an accredited standard
Provide training on ISO documentation procedures to employees
Job Requirements
Possess Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management, QS or equivalent
Preferably with working experience in Engineering or construction industry
Minimum 7 Year working experience on Knowledge in ISO 9001
Good command in English (both spoken and written) and good report writing skill
Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Power Point)
High attention to details and possess good analytical skills
Willing to travel outstation to perform field audits whenever required
