Job Description / Responsibility
We are 100% export-oriented Garments Manufacturing Group of Company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive – Quality Management System (QMS) for a Knit Garments Factory.
Job Location will be Rupganj, Narayanganj.
- Implement, monitor, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) in the factory.
- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, SOPs, and company standards.
- Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective & preventive actions.
- Support production and quality teams to identify and solve quality issues.
- Maintain proper QMS documentation and records.
- Arrange training sessions for quality and production staff regarding QMS.
- Communicate with buyers/third parties regarding audits and inspections.
- Ensure smooth execution of quality control procedures at every stage of production.
- Perform any other assignment as assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Quality Management System, ISO 9001:2015
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments,Textile,Group of Companies
Additional Requirements
- Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be able to cope with pressure, flexible, and adaptable.
- Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive.
- Well conversant with IT equipment.
