Role Description The Senior Executive Quality Management is a full-time, on-site role based at WQ Park Health & Rehabilitation Centre in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring quality management initiatives to ensure safe, effective, and consistent rehabilitation services. Day-to-day tasks include developing and updating quality policies and procedures, coordinating clinical audits, monitoring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. The Senior Executive will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to design corrective and preventive action plans, lead quality-related training, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. The role also involves preparing quality reports for management, supporting risk management activities, and engaging with stakeholders to align quality goals with patient-centered outcomes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in quality management or healthcare administration, preferably within a rehabilitation, hospital, or clinical setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare quality standards, regulatory requirements, clinical audit processes, and risk management practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and recommend practical improvement actions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and facilitate training or workshops.
- Organizational and project management skills, including attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic data analysis (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, quality dashboards).
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing, allied health, quality management, or a related discipline; relevant certifications in quality (e.g., CQI, Six Sigma, ISO-related training) are an advantage.
