What you’ll be responsible for

Process lead on continuous improvement programs such as waste, quality and productivity

Leveraging your knowledge of in-house technologies and industry processes to enable the introduction/improvement of products

Leading and managing manufacturing trials (concept through to launch)

R&D on product reformulations related to process change/optimization, working from development kitchen through to factory trials

Assessment of the product needs of any equipment changes within the factory

What

we’re looking for in you

At least 5 years previous experience within the food manufacturing industry, ideally in a process role, supported by a sound technical understanding

Food or Science related degree

Project management skills (in R&D projects)

Structured and precise in delivery of work and communication

Independent, pro-active, and solution-oriented mindset

Leadership and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders

Good organizational & communicative skills

Analytical ability
