Key Responsibilities :
Lead the development and optimization of new food products from concept to commercialization.
Conduct research on food ingredients, processing technologies, and product formulations.
Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and FSMA regulations, including nutrition labeling and HACCP planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and marketing, to achieve project goals.
Analyze and interpret data to improve product quality, safety, and shelf-life.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications :
Bachelors, Master’s or Ph.D. in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in food product development and commercialization.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance practices.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
