The Enterprise ERP – GL Team is looking to add a Quality Assurance analyst to the team! A QA analyst tests and quality assures programs, application modules, and products of increasing complexity created by the Development Department using systematic quality assurance techniques. The QA Analyst provides support for various modules to customers, peers, and management with diagnostic troubleshooting assistance and strives to further organizational and company goals.

This position will initially be responsible for assisting the multiple Cloud teams including Assurance, Hub, Enterprise Forms, Enterprise Service Requests, Spatial, OpenAPI, Workflow, and more.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including implementation, security, product development, and QA to deliver exceptional solutions that meet customer and stakeholder needs. This role will also focus on risk assessment, release management, customer engagement, and communication to ensure transparency and product success.
Duties will include working with clients to gather the needed information for payments onboarding. Additional duties may include creating and updating tracking sheets.
We are looking for someone that is passionate about quality assurance and improving processes. You would also be responsible for understanding the functional requirements of the software, writing test design specifications, manually testing software using multiple test methodologies, participating in the automation of tests, and continuously looking for ways to improve the QA process.
