**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Assistant Resident Engineer/Field Inspector to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing contracts, managing construction activities, and conducting quality inspections. **Responsibilities:** – Analyze project contracts to understand requirements and deliverables – Oversee the construction process from start to finish – Manage and build strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders – Conduct data collection and analysis for project progress tracking – Perform quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications – Provide construction and quality control expertise – Read and interpret blueprints for construction guidance. Field Inspection, Diaries, and Quantity Measurement. **Skills:** The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: – Strong background in construction management – Proficiency in quality inspection and construction inspection techniques – Ability to analyze project pipelines and identify areas for improvement – Skilled in data collection and analysis for project evaluation – Knowledge of blueprint reading for accurate project execution
