Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing and inspection processes. This position requires a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and the ability to work with various measurement and inspection tools. The Quality Technician will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality in compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities
Conduct inspections using PH Meters, Moisture Analyzers, and Vision Inspection Systems to ensure product specifications are met.
Collect and analyze data from inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Fabricate test samples as needed for quality assurance testing.
Ensure compliance with GMP standards and HACCP protocols during all quality assurance processes.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and effectively.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Experience
Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong data collection skills, with the ability to analyze results effectively.
Knowledge of GMP standards and HACCP principles is highly desirable.
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills are required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
