We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals with in-depth knowledge in material testing according to the standard test methods such as ASTM, AASHTO, BS, ISO etc. to join our Material Laboratory team. About the Role  – The ‘Senior Lab Technician’ will be responsible for leading a team to perform laboratory tests in accordance with the assigned standard test methods and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of results.
This role supports the laboratory’s quality standards by maintaining equipment, following
safety protocols
, and performing
quality control
tests. Responsibilities  Conduct assigned laboratory tests according to the standard test methods and report results. Accurately document test results and ensure that worksheets are filled adequately during testing. Ensure that all laboratory equipment used for testing is maintained in optimal working condition. Use only calibrated equipment for testing purposes, where necessary, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Adhere to all
safety protocols
by wearing necessary safety gear while performing tests. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the laboratory and surrounding premises to ensure a
safe working environment
. Conduct tests for internal
quality control
samples and proficiency test samples, and report findings to the Unit Head.  Qualifications  – Candidates holding Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering are preferred. Pay range and compensation package  – Salary package commensurate with qualification and experience.
