I’m working with a cutting-edge biotech company to find a Senior Manager, QA Operations to lead Quality Assurance activities across Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs). This is a high-impact role within an innovative organization advancing life-changing therapies for autoimmune and cancer indications.
What You’ll Do:
Provide QA oversight of CDMO activities, including cell line development, analytical method validation, and clinical drug substance manufacturing.
Manage quality processes such as deviations, CAPAs, batch release, and change management.
Collaborate with internal teams and CDMOs to ensure regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.
Lead quality risk assessments, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support regulatory submissions.
Ensure CDMO performance aligns with GMP standards and company goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
7+ years of QA experience in a GMP-regulated biotech, pharmaceutical, or CDMO environment.
In-depth knowledge of FDA, ICH, and international GMP regulations.
Strong expertise in biologics drug substance development and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
