Our client is a pioneering multinational solar and battery energy storage systems (BESS) Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company. They are revolutionizing the renewable energy sector with innovative and high-quality sustainable energy solutions.
As the Senior Manager QA/QC, you will be the cornerstone of quality excellence, establishing and maintaining superior standards across all projects in Europe. Reporting directly to the COO, you’ll create and implement quality assurance and control processes that will shape the future of renewable energy construction.
Location:
The headquarters are in Krakow, Poland.
Remote work is possible, with a requirement to be present at the Krakow headquarters for a minimum of 10 days per month
Travel expenses for required visits to the headquarters will be covered by the company
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and establish company-wide quality procedures, standards, and specifications
Lead quality assurance, including production and monitoring of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
Ensure all construction works (concrete, civil, electrical) meet scope, specifications, and industry standards
Identify opportunities to reduce waste and increase efficiency
Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain quality excellence
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management
Minimum 7 years of experience as a QA/QC Manager in the construction industry
Strong background in construction techniques; experience in utility-scale solar power plant or BESS projects is a plus
Proven track record in producing and meeting requirements of Inspection and Test Plans
Excellent communication and technical writing skills
