Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional ready to take a leadership role in a regulated environment? We are seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance to oversee quality operations at our client’s manufacturing site in Boston, MA. Reporting directly to the General Manager for the site, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all quality operations at the manufacturing site.
Ensure compliance with QMS (Quality Management Systems), CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain regulatory requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of experience: Proven expertise in Quality Assurance within a regulated environment, such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
QMS Mastery: In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems to ensure operational compliance.
CAPA & GMP Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing corrective actions and maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices.
