Fakir Fashion Ltd. is looking for Senior Manager- Quality Assurance (RMG)
Job Description / Responsibility
Quality Control:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures, standards, and inspection protocols to ensure that garments meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections at various stages of production, including fabric inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection, to identify and address quality issues.
- Establish and sustain the Quality Management System (QMS).
Quality Assurance:
- Establish quality assurance processes to prevent defects and non-conformities, including conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and verifying effectiveness.
- Ensure that the AQL of the company is properly maintained & exceeded and also ensure that all incoming, in-process & final goods are properly inspected & documented.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, such as defect rates, rework rates, and customer complaints, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Supplier Quality Management:
- Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements, conduct supplier audits, and address quality issues related to raw materials and components.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely resolution of quality-related issues.
Leadership & Training:
- Lead and manage a team of quality inspectors, supervisors, and analysts, providing direction, training, and support to ensure adherence to quality standards and objectives.
- Develop training programs and materials to enhance the skills and competencies of quality personnel, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members to support their professional development and career growth.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer specifications related to product safety, labeling, and certification.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and standards affecting the RMG industry, and implement necessary updates to quality management systems.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Quality Inspection, Quality Management System, Communication and interpersonal skill, Continuous Improvement
Experience Requirements
- 10 to 15 year(s)
