Location: Nālāgarh
Responsibilities:
1. To maintain Good Laboratories Practices.
2. Planning for finished and stability section.
3. Distribution of bulk, intermediate, finish product sample and stability sample for analysis.
4. Review of COA finish product sample after analysis.
5. Preparation & Review of COA in LIMS.
6. Maintain the sampling collection room.
7. Checked by the data of COA in LIMS for finish goods and stability samples.
8. Issuance and retrieval of document & formats with coordination of QA.
9. Training of new implemented system as per requirement.
10. Review of Analytical method validation data.
11. Review of stability protocol, report, and raw data.
12. Handling new project requirement.
13. Review of technology transfer protocol, report, and raw data.
14. Preparation and Review of investigation report and QMS Elements .
15. Review of stability, raw material, packing material and finish product raw data after analysis.
16. Handling and Review of OOS, OOT, OOE,CAPA,Change Control, Incidence and Deviation.
17. Review of SOP, Specification, STP as per pharmacopoeia or in-house.
18. Verify the record of analytical solutions used for HPLC analysis.
19. Review of Calibration record of all instruments as per the requirement.
20. Verify Reference standard,Impurity stock maintained their record.
21. Training and qualification of new joinee.
22. Verify the destruction for finish goods and stability samples as per the procedure.
23. Review of audit trails.
24. Any other work assigned by QC Head as per requirement.
