Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards and specifications throughout the manufacturing process. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Duties
Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Utilize various inspection tools and techniques, including vision inspection systems and coordinate measuring machines, to assess product quality.
Implement and maintain Quality Assurance processes, including HACCP principles, to ensure food safety and product integrity.
Collaborate with production teams to identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control data.
Assist in the development and improvement of quality systems and procedures.
Participate in research data collection for quality improvement initiatives.
Provide training to staff on quality control measures and best practices.
Skills
Proficiency in Quality Assurance methodologies, including Quality Control and Quality Inspection techniques.
Experience with HACCP principles is preferred.
Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines and software such as Calypso is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.

Pay: $62,000.00 – $66,500.00 per year
