Quality Control (QC) Inspector
Premium Oilfield Technologies is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented QC Inspector to join our team! In this role, you will ensure our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. You will conduct inspections, tests, and evaluations on materials and products to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
Job Responsibilities:
Inspect all products for accuracy and quality, maintaining records accordingly
Use precision measuring instruments and blueprints for assessments
Assist in updating inspection procedures, protocols, and company checklists
Evaluate issues, providing recommendations for corrections and improvements
Serve as a liaison between outside inspectors, company inspectors, and other departments
Maintain and organize inspection records
Complete tasks within a reasonable timeframe and prioritize assignments effectively
Contribute to team success by accomplishing results as needed
Participate in Premium Safety and Quality programs
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Experience & Education Requirements:
Minimum: High school diploma
Required: At least 2 years of experience in Quality Control Inspection
Industry experience: Oilfield background required
Strong attention to detail with the ability to visually inspect parts
Proficient in machine measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Physical Requirements:
Work in a manufacturing office environment with occasional outside exposure
Must have vision abilities including close vision, distant vision, and color vision
Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands for handling/feeling objects, and reach with arms
Heavy lifting may be required at times
Minimal travel required
