About the job
As a Senior Manual QA at Plannatech, you will ensure the quality of our B2B platform by designing, executing, and maintaining test suites. You’ll work closely with developers and product managers to identify and resolve issues, report defects, and verify bug fixes. Additionally, you’ll contribute to process improvements and maintain QA documentation. Responsibilities
Creation, execution and maintenance of tests suits aiming to break the software in the worst possible way, based on business and technical requirements
Report defects and verify bug fixes in a bug tracking system
Follow for the specifications of the business stories and provide accurate estimations
Troubleshoot and analyze application issues to their root cause where possible
Create and maintain QA Documentation (Confluence)
Participate actively in continues improvement of the processes
Qualifications
4+ years of professional experience in the QA field
Excellent understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)
Experience in creating, executing, and maintaining test suites
Extensive experience in front-end, back-end, and mobile testing
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, critical thinking, attention to detail
Team player and great communication skills
English proficiency: B2+ or C1
Considered a plus
Experience with automation testing (tools and/or coded tests
Experience working in an agile environment
Experience with Jira bug tracking system or similar
Experience with Xray test management tool or similar
Experience with Git/SVN source control system
Any software development experience
QA certificates (ISTQB or other)
BS or MS in Computer Science, Communication, Electronic Systems, or equivalent experience
