About the project:
This project involves testing an advanced digital PCR system that streamlines molecular biology workflows through automated sample processing, thermocycling, and imaging. The system supports high-precision quantification used in applications such as mutation detection, gene expression, and genome editing analysis. As part of an international team, the candidate will contribute to the quality assurance of a state-of-the-art embedded laboratory instrument used in research and clinical environments.
Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, and maintain test cases and test documentation for embedded systems
-Analyze specifications and requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage
-Execute tests, log defects, and support troubleshooting in collaboration with development teams
-Contribute to the development and implementation of test strategies
-Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on embedded systems
-Proficiency in writing and maintaining comprehensive test documentation
-Solid understanding of requirement analysis and test strategy development
-Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Polarion, HP ALM/QC)
-ISTQB Foundation certification (nice to have)
-Strong communication skills and attention to detail
-Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international, Agile team
-Availability to work on-site in Wrocław, Monday to Friday
