A Well renowned Aluminum Foils Packaging manufacturing company, is looking for competent, motivated, and career-oriented professionals to join its Quality Assurance (QA) Department at our Factory Site.
- All incoming raw materials testing analyzing, report making and record keeping.
- Maintain important documents like SOP, TDS, MSDS, QMS, and FIFO etc.
- Ensure compliance with ISO IMS, ISO QMS, GMP, HASAP, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Checking all of incoming Cylinder.
- Online checking all of machine.
- Investigate problems, analyze root cause and define resolution.
- Reviewing customer requirement and making sure they are Armlet.
- Follow up to production maximization and wastage minimization.
- Make sure that the delivered finished goods should be standard as per customer requirement.
- Certificate issued for finished product.
- According to product manufacturing specification. Working with purchasing staff to establish Quality requirement from suppliers.
- Properly ensure the policy of wastage management system and excite it.
- Execute calibration and maintain standardization of laboratory equipment’s and digital balance etc.
- Performs general maintenance & calibration of laboratory equipment as required by the departments established calibration program & GMP requirement
- Review of action plans (CAPA) in response to audits of manufacturing facility by the external, Third-party Manufacturer and internal agencies
- Any other Quality related responsibility assigned by the Management as per company requirement
Requirements
- Experience: At least 3 years
- Education: bachelor of science in materials science and engineering
- Skills: quality assurance, quality management, knowledge of quality control, quality control procedures, quality control, supplier quality management
