Responsibilities
Assist in developing, reviewing, and maintaining quality, safety and environmental management systems, including policies, manuals, procedures, plans, work instruction, etc.
Plan and conduct regular internal system audits, inspections and training, and coordinate external audits for the Group.
Collaborate with relevant parties to investigate and follow up on incidents and non-conformities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and strive to satisfy customers.
Assist in implementing, reviewing and monitoring the performance of subcontractor and supplier management for the Group.
Assist in organizing and implementing quality, safety and environmental related initiatives, and conducting periodic analyses to identify areas for continual improvement
Perform any related duties as assigned
Requirements
Degree or above in Quality Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering or related disciplines
At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in engineering or construction field
Good knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and relevant auditor training is an advantage
Proficiency in quality, safety and environmental requirements
Registered Safety Officer/ Registered Safety Auditor qualification is an advantage
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Self-initiative and able to work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Candidate with less experience may be considered for the position of QSE Officer
