In this role, you will be instrumental in defining the product vision, driving the roadmap for new features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results. Key Responsibilities:
Define product specifications, including user stories and user acceptance criteria, to guide the development process
Drive the roadmap for assigned features, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines
Collect and integrate feedback from subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and users
Conduct research on industry best practices, competitor approaches, and emerging trends to inform product decisions
Collaborate closely with internal design, engineering, and data teams to deliver seamless user experiences
Analyze product data and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and report actionable findings
Stay hands-on throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring quality and performance
What We Are Looking For:
4–15 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Designer in software development
Proven experience designing online B2C products, ideally in gaming, poker, or entertainment
A strong eye for UI/visual design, with the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams
Basic programming knowledge to communicate effectively with engineering teams
Passion for poker or video games—or a desire to learn about the gaming industry
Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a focus on driving results
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and juggle multiple priorities
Nice to Have:
Experience conducting user research or testing
Knowledge of analytics tools to monitor product performance and user behavior
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
