Job Description
The role involves developing, evaluating, revising, and applying technical quality assurance protocols and methods to inspect and test raw materials, production equipment, and finished products. Ensuring compliance with company standards and government regulations, analyzing inspection data, and recommending corrective actions are key responsibilities. The position also requires ensuring adherence to manufacturing inspection, sampling, and statistical process control procedures, as well as internal and external standards such as ISO regulations.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Quality Engineer to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Post Sales activities, ensuring the highest quality standards. The role is based in Milwaukee, WI, with a hybrid work arrangement, reporting to the Product Quality Manager.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support NPI processes.
Develop and implement quality plans, inspection criteria, and test methods for new products.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
Monitor and analyze post-sales product performance and customer feedback.
Work with manufacturing and development teams to resolve quality issues and improve product reliability.
Participate in design reviews, providing input on quality and reliability aspects.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
