We’re looking for a QA Labels for our client in Davie, FL! In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our labels meet all quality standards and regulations. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!
Temp – Perm Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm
Essential functions and responsibilities:
Receives packaging materials such as labels, retail cartons etc…
Performs visual inspection against the specifications for each SKU
Weighs the labels for quantity confirmation
Updates ERP systems and keep Inventory control
Interacts with packaging providing the packaging materials
Responsible for Packaging materials reconciliation after orders are done
Assures GMP compliance at all times in the floor
Performs Quality Assurance tasks such as sampling, inspections, and tests designed to ensure the labels are in compliance with internal SOP’s, Safety initiatives, Company policies, FDA and DEA regulations.
Documents all work performed, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness
Approves labels for in-process operations
Documents all work activity in appropriate batch records, forms, and logs to ensure accuracy and compliance
Reviews records for cGMP compliance for accuracy and thoroughness
Informs management of problems, failures and deviations from established internal and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent work experience
1 – 3 years’ experience in quality control of a manufacturing environment
Spanish – Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
Knowledge in GMP regulations and FDA guidelines
Detailed oriented
Basic computer skills ( Microsoft office – Excel, Word, Outlook – )
Basic math skills
