Admissions and Quality Assurance Nurse
Promenade is a 4 STAR Nursing home just a few minutes from Interstate 49. We serve the community by providing Short Term Rehab and Long Term Care for our elders. The Admissions/ QA Nurse job is an Exciting Concept. LPN Duties include:
Facilitate smooth transfer from the hospital to our building
Provide an initial baseline for the skilled service documentation for rehab residents so LPNs can document on key issues for the resident
The LPN in this job will learn about the future of Medicare and Medicaid Quality Measures. This knowledge helps us grow to the 4 Star home we are.
Provide LPN’s chart review to identify residents who need documentation to support quality care
Process Pharmacy Recommendations and Gradual Dose Reductions
Do rounds with the Physician and APN
Provide education and training to the LPNs
