Responsibilities Accountable for implementing the Contractual Quality Requirements. Accountable for the establishment and implementation of the Project Quality Plan, Procedures, Work Instructions, and Inspection & Test Plans, as applicable. Focal point for all project quality-related matters. Establish the Project Quality KPIs with
cross-functional teams
and continuously monitor and audit the implementation of the Project Quality Management System. Manage, correct, analyze, and prevent reoccurrence of non-conformances;
and record the lessons learnt. Communicate, coordinate, and report to COMPANY Quality Representative on all Quality function-related matters. Responsible for the review of Technical Deliverables and providing inputs (e.g., Project Specification, Data Sheets, Material Resolutions, Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE), Technical Queries, Concession Requests, etc.). Develop and review specifications and procedures. Implementation of Audit program against approved Project Audit Plan. Follow up NCR close-out and maintain NCR tracking register.
Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the project quality system.  Qualification Bachelor degree in engineering in any relevant discipline from a recognized university/college.  Company Industry Construction Civil Engineering  Department /
