We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with expertise in Appium and XCUITest to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our mobile applications by designing, developing, and executing robust automated test frameworks. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to maintain a seamless and high-quality user experience across iOS and Android platforms.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute automated test scripts using Appium for Android and XCUITest for iOS applications.
Design and implement test frameworks to enhance automation coverage and efficiency.
Perform functional, regression, UI, and performance testing for mobile applications.
Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers for quick resolutions.
Optimize test automation strategies to improve speed, stability, and coverage.
Conduct API testing and integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor and analyze test results, generating reports to improve software quality.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in mobile test automation.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience in QA automation with a strong focus on mobile applications.
Proficiency in Appium for Android and XCUITest for iOS test automation.
Strong programming skills in Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Python for test automation.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or similar).
Knowledge of test case management tools like TestRail or Zephyr.
Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and debugging tools.
Experience with performance and security testing for mobile applications is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud-based mobile testing platforms like BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
Knowledge of scripting in Shell, Bash, or Python for test automation.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
