We are looking for a QA Team Lead to join our team.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Process Development:Develop and implement comprehensive QA processes, standards, and methodologies to ensure consistent quality across all projects.
Test Planning and Execution:Oversee the creation and execution of detailed test plans and test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
Defect Management:Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.
Reporting:Provide regular reports on QA activities, including test results, defect metrics, and quality trends, to stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies, implementing improvements to QA processes and tools.
Qualifications
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum of 5 years in software quality assurance
Technical Skills:Proficiency in QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages is a plus.
Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Would be a plus:
Experience in the gaming or online casino industry.
Certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent.
