Responsible for owning quality assurance as an integral part of every delivery sprint — not a
final sign-off phase. This involves building automated test frameworks covering complex
computational logic, permission-based workflows, and strict performance benchmarks,
ensuring every production release meets the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
Ø Test Coverage: Write and maintain unit, integration, end-to-end, and property-based
automated tests across all platform modules, including mathematical edge cases in
computational logic.
Ø Workflow and Permission Testing: Test multi-role user flows, tenant permission
boundaries, row-level security isolation, and schema contract enforcement at each
data handoff.
Ø Performance Validation: Own strict response time requirements enforced through
automated benchmarking on every build and load tests at 50+ concurrent users.
Ø Output Accuracy Testing: Write database-level assertions to verify the mathematical
correctness of computational outputs — not only that the user interface renders
correctly.
Ø Acceptance Criteria: Define, track, and sign off on acceptance criteria together with
the Technical Delivery Manager. Monitor for output drift and model regressions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Ø Experience: 5+ years in QA with production test automation across unit, integration,
end-to-end, and property-based testing on complex systems.
Ø Load Testing: Experience testing systems under 50+ concurrent users and
contributing to root-cause failure analysis.
Ø Mathematical Testing: Comfortable writing property-based tests for numerical edge
cases and database-level assertions for computational accuracy.
