We’re looking forSenior QA Engineerto join our growing team. This role is a blend of both manual and automation testing. This is a Dallas-basedrole, requires 3 days per week in office, no additional travel required, aggressive salary and bonus packages, and 401K matching.
Duties:
Lead client-facing QA discussions, clearly articulating test plans, risks, and progress
Take ownership of QA processes, ensuring alignment with client standards and workflows
Develop and execute comprehensive Test Plans covering end-to-end (E2E) testing
Track and report on test execution, regression testing progress, and project risks
Proactively identify gaps, risks, and propose solutions
Ensure product readiness by deeply understanding workflows beyond basic test execution
Adapt to project changes, maintaining testing momentum despite shifting priorities
Required:
5+ years of experience in testing
Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking
Experience with Selenium and/or Appium
Adept in Agile Methodologies
Experience in API Testing
Advanced experience in Test Case and Test Plan definition
Bugs and tracking tools (Jira, Rally, TFS, etc)
Test Case management tools (Testlink-TestRails-Rally)
