We are seeking a strong QA Manual Tester to join our dynamic team and lead our quality assurance efforts. As a Senior QA Manual Tester, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire testing process and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (e.g., black-box testing, white-box testing, integration testing, system testing, acceptance testing).
Experience with test case design techniques (e.g., equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis).
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and report defects accurately.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
