We are seeking for our client, a respected IT & Consulting Company focused on IT Quality Assurance a Senior QA Engineer with expertise in Test Automation to work on a cutting-edge IoT Home Automation Project.
This is an opportunity to be at the forefront of Matter silicon verification, ensuring the highest software quality standards for leading consumer electronics brands.
Objectives
As part of the IoT QA team, you will play a critical role in end-to-end validation and continuous deployment of our SDK. You will collaborate closely with software and hardware development teams to build test automation infrastructure, ensuring the interoperability and stability of development kits.
What you would do & responsibilities
Develop and execute automated software tests
Perform quality audits
Replicate customer software issues
Automate test cases using Python and enhance existing test frameworks
Develop infrastructure supporting Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
Work closely with GitLab CI/CD, Git, and other DevOps tools
Conduct QA testing during release cycles to validate SDK functionality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to quality improvement initiatives
Qualification/Certification requirements
3+ years of experience in test automation for embedded systems
Strong expertise in Python for test development and infrastructure
Experience working with GitLab CI (Yaml), Shell scripting, and Git version control
Understanding of wireless standards (ZigBee preferred), and working with sniffers/debug tools
Ability to execute test plans manually while maintaining structured documentation
Experience with Ansible or Terraform for automation is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English
