Job Description
We are seeking a Senior QA Manager with the ability to drive the QA offering for Inetum Portugal Technologies. The ideal profile will be responsible for designing and developing the QA strategy, including automation, and working closely with account teams to align technical structures with client needs. This role requires a forward-thinking professional who can articulate the value of QA to clients, drive adoption of innovative testing solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of QA services.

Advising clients on the best test tools for their specific needs?
Drawing up a Master Test Plan in collaboration with project teams or clients?
Staying updated with technological trends and evolutions in testing?
Identifying opportunities to use technology to enhance testing efficiency, including automation?
Driving conversations with clients to highlight the value of QA and QA automation in their digital transformation?
Developing offer creation strategies to present QA as a critical value driver for client success?

Qualifications
At least 5years of relevant professional experience in testing;
Proven experience in designing and leading QA offerings, with a focus on QA automation and innovative testing solutions;
Ability to collaborate effectively with account teams to structure and deliver technical QA solutions aligned with client needs;
Strong expertise in test methodologies and frameworks such as ISTQB, TMap, V-Model, and Agile;
Relevant knowledge orcertifications, including ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, Agile Tester Certification, and test automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, or JMeter;
Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines;
Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter) and security testing practices;
Excellent communication skills to articulate the value of QA to clients;
Fluency in Portuguese and strong command of English.
