Senior QA/QC Inspector – Associate QA/QC Coordinator Jobs in Spring, TX at Halliburton

Academic Req: Required – Bachelors or undergraduate degree from an accredited program/university; Preferred – Master’s degree from an accredited program/university
Certifications: First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention
Work experience: Required – Minimum of two (2) years of case management experience in working with service population, including supervisory experience. Two (2) years of experience using continuous quality improvement methods and tools; Preferred – Minimum of four (4) years of case management experience in working with services population, including supervisory experience. Three-four (3-4) years of experience using continuous quality improvement methods and tools
Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables:
1. Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards that are applicable to this position.
2. Participate in scheduled meetings and team decisions and operations.
3. Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed or requested by supervisor.
4. Implement Compass Connections safety protocols including evacuating with children and other staff in case of an emergency.
5. Maintain confidentiality in all areas of the service population and program operations.
6. Maintain Compass Connections professional and ethical standards of conduct outlined in Compass Connections employee handbook including demonstrating respect for agency staff, children, and community members and complying with required dress code at all times.
Other Responsibilities:
1. Oversee both case aide specialists and their teams.
2. Ensure cases are being assigned within a timely fashion to ensure timely release of unaccompanied children and communicate any delays to leadership.
3. Become well-versed in Fingerprint and CA/N check updates as received from federal Policy in order to assist the team with any immediate questions with the constant change in guidance.
4. Communicate with Case Management leadership at the program level to identify any trends in delays with specific states or fingerprint locations or PSC.
5. Follow-up on NOCs sent to the program by QA Specialists to ensure feedback of any action taken or lack thereof.
6. Identify assessment methods and use critical thinking to provide direct staffing to case aide team in real time.
7. Communicate effectively in writing and verbally in English.
8. All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment.
2. Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request.
3. Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks.
4. Strong knowledge of MS Office and other platforms as needed or required by position.
5. Strong knowledge of Salesforce, UC Portal, and Salesforce.
6. Demonstrate the ability to:
a. Respond sensitively and competently to the service population’s cultural and socio-economic characteristics.
b. Work collaboratively with other staff members, service providers and professionals.
c. Provide crisis intervention according to training provided by Compass Connections when needed to maintain a safe environment.
d. Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain emotional control and professional composure at all times.
e. Maintain computer literacy required to meet the responsibilities of the position.
f. Work effectively and without intensive supervision both independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
7. Demonstrate a working knowledge of all Compass Connections policies and procedures.
